Dr. Maxwell Poswal has over 20 years of expertise and experience in research, teaching and community service, at higher education levels in several countries, including the United States of America. He has traveled to about 25 countries. In addition to his higher education experiences, Dr. Poswal has nine years of teaching at-risk high school students in the inner city of Chicago, and the Department of Juvenile Justice (current employer), Columbia, South Carolina, US. Over the past 11 years, Dr. Poswal has also been engaged in Network Marketing, on a part/full time basis. His interest centers around empowering others to achieve their potential, despite the odds against them. He has strong interpersonal skills and dependable work ethics. Dr. Poswal resides in the United States and is married, with four children, including an Iraqi war veteran. Dr. Poswal obtained his Ph.D. from Texas A & M University, in 1986.
